In 2005, Donghia, Inc. was acquired by Rubelli, the iconic Venetian textiles company. The 125-year-old Rubelli Group also owns Dominique Kieffer and Armani/Casa Exclusive Textiles by Rubelli. Rubelli and Donghia are perfect fit, offering the very best in international design. In 2012, Andrea Favaretto Rubelli was appointed CEO of Donghia.
